Another extended outage?

Anyone know the reason why Spectrum internet is offline all of the time? Outage after outage after outage.

Hey Spectrum. Maybe spend less time upgrading my home equipment and giving me a task to do and look into why you can’t keep basic internet online in 2026.

Hey @WrongHand, welcome to our community! I'm sorry for the interruptions. I do see there was an outage caused by a lawnmower that ran over a temporary line but it appears to have taken less than 2 hours to fix. I was able to provide a credit to cover a day of service. The last outage I see before that appears to have been caused by a commercial power outage in the area impacting our network infrastructure, so it doesn't appear to be a reoccurring issue or have a common cause.
