A note regarding upgrades and Network Evolution:
Customers will be notified by their preferred communication method (email or text) when upgrades are available in their area
We expect 100% of our service area to be completed by end of next year
LEGACY EMAIL KNOWN ISSUE
There is a known issue accessing legacy email accounts on email clients, including Microsoft platforms
Our engineers are aware and working on a fix, there is currently no ETA for the issue to be resolved
No additional examples are needed and there is no need to create a new post

Welcome to our community! I show that the high split construction has been completed, though we haven't been given a launch date for the symmetrical speeds in the area. Once the speeds are available, you'll receive a notification as either a text or email depending on your account communication settings.

On average about how long does it usually take from the completion date to the symmetrical speed launch in the past from other cities and areas

There's not an estimate or average time as it depends on the infrastructure in your area. If there's extensive construction or hardware upgrades needed, it can take longer than areas that may not need as much work. For example, some areas need to have new nodes or hubs built as a part of that construction or may require the hardware in the existing ones to be upgraded.
