DVR won’t boot

I moved my DVR to another room. Upon connecting it to the cable input the boot stops at ocap and it gives the incorrect time. The screen says “not tunable Channel 1(spmnews)”

    Hello and welcome @bmeredith,

    Not all cable outlets may be active at your home as typically only the outlets necessary for service would be enabled. If relocating the equipment results in it not working, this is likely the case. Does it work if you put it back on the original outlet?
