Customers will be notified by their preferred communication method (email or text) when upgrades are available in their area
We expect 100% of our service area to be completed by end of next year

I received a text message saying that major network upgrades will take place on August 16th in my area which is zip 78358. Do you know what this upgrade will add to our services?

The main benefits of these upgrades are faster uploads speeds, and faster overall speed in the future. The faster upload may take a while before it goes into effect, you should receive notifications letting you know when.
