What is the Community Follow-Up Category?
The category “Community Follow Up” is intended to be a parking lot for questions or issues that need additional assistance. A moderator will move a post or discussion to this category as a temporary spot, then reach out to the Community member for additional information, usually account related information. Any requests for private information will occur in a private message visible only to Spectrum employee moderators and the customer member. Once the issue is addressed or resolved, the question or discussion will be moved to the appropriate category.
Members should not use this category to post questions.
