Sorry for the trouble making your payment. I'm not aware of any known issues that would cause this. Are you using the My Spectrum app or spectrum.net? At what point do you get the error message?
I don't use the app or my phone to make payments for any of my services. I got the error message as soon as I hit make payment. I was able to make it about 10 mins ago. Thanks anyway!
Hi, I'm also having problem trying to make my monthly payment from overseas. I can't seem to be able to log on using a browser nor the Spectrum App.

For account security, we do not allow logging in from IP addresses that are from overseas. If you have access to a US based VPN, you can sign into the VPN and then log into the app our website that way. I apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused.
