Where can I download the spectrum wifi profile, it's no longer showing in the app

    Welcome to our community! If you are using an Android device, the WiFi profile is not available on all Android devices at the moment.

    I am using an iPhone. My wifi profile does not stay installed. I have to keep re- installing

    What is happening specifically? Is there an error when downloading the profile? Do you see the profile uninstalling as it happens?

    I don't have the option to download it at all

    I do apologize for the issues. Can you try to uninstall and reinstall the My Spectrum app and try it again?
