The 2 neighborhoods next to mine have 2gig symmetrical from att. My neighborhood has been ignored by both companies. Is charter planning 100% coverage for symmetrical speeds this year?

    Hi @GiveMeHighSplitNow, welcome to our community!

    I definitely understand how exciting it is to be getting faster upload speeds. Our technicians have been working hard to upgrade our network to accommodate the change but it is not planned to be 100% completed by this year. It looks like work in your area will begin in May of this year but there is no estimate for completion.

    @MSP613,

    Currently, upgrades are scheduled for completion in all areas by 2026, with areas already completed or in progress, including within Ohio. There is not a specific timeframe on when your area would be complete.

    Any timelines for Cleveland (University Heights, OH 44118 specifically)? Seriously considering going to AT&T… I am doing more video editing with sync to cloud, so upload makes a bigger difference than it used to.
