Is anyone else having this same problem?
Spectrum Spectrum can't seem to figure it out and neither can roku but in the meantime, I still have to pay for my bill.

I see there have been multiple Roku devices in use for your account. Is this happening with all of them? Have you been able to delete the app from the device and reinstall? I see you have a service appointment scheduled, although they won't be able to assist with the app directly, just ensuring the internet connection.0 -
Everything else is working. Roku devices work but not brand new roku tv. It worked for a year. Everything has been uninstalled several times now. Its upsetting to pay for cable service you can't use on main tv

@Briankaylee Have you also made sure that the TV software is up to date?

I figuredI figured out how to get it to work. I took my roku device off my bedroom T v and hooked it up to my roku tv. It seemed to have fixed the problem. It must have reset it somehow.

Well it was only temporary. Its seems to work for only a few hours

@Briankaylee Just to clarify, is this happening every few seconds or every few hours? Also, have you attempted to reset the modem/router yet? This can be done by unplugging the cable line, power line, and removing the battery backup if you have one for both the modem and the router for a solid 3-5 minutes. -Lyn

It happens about every 3 seconds.
Yes router has been reset.
App was deleted and reinstalled.
Roku tv was put back to factory but it continues to happen.
Hooking up roku box to hmi 1 on roku tv will reset it for an hour or so. Very weird and frustrating to watch a roku box on a roku tv.
Even called roku. They couldn't fix it either.

Thank you for clarifying! I apologize for the issues you are experiencing with our Spectrum TV app. To first confirm, earlier we asked about the multiple Roku devices currently connected on the account. Is this same issue happening on all of those Roku devices, or is it just 1 Roku TV?

Just roku tv.
Connect able roku works fine
