I’m at home connected to my home wifi (Spectrum). Every time I open the Spectrum TV app I instantly get an error message- icf-9000. I closed the app, rebooted my iPhone. I removed the app and added it back, still the same icf-9000.

    According to the Spectrum information database, this ACF-9000 error is associated with an outage, or recent connection outage in your area. To resolve this, unplug your modem, wait for five minutes, than do the same with your router if applicable. Wait for modem to reconnect first, than reconnect your router.

    If this does not resolve this issue, uninstall and reinstall the app again. More information here:
